APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Application
Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) usually enrolls students in spring and autumn. A new term begins at the beginning of March in spring. In autumn, classes begin in early September. Applicants may fill up the online registration form through the link http://www.studyvietnamese.edu.vn/Se/Register/Index and follow the Appliation Procedure below.
The following documents are required for application:
1) Degree, transcript of high school graduation (or equivalent) – translation and notarization in English or Vietnamese
2) Health certificate (for study abroad)
3) Confirmation of judicial record
4) Passport photo
The documents mentioned above should be submitted via email to Center for International Center (CIC) cic@haui.edu.vn beforehand when submitting the application then submit the original copy of the translated and notarized copy upon admission
